So, in the last video by side for some carburetor issues, this thing blew us away with how well the suspension handle. How will it shifted? This chain stayed tight, despite our best efforts to try to knock it loose. So really this was one of the most successful test drives, because we know we could fix everything in our chassis didn't have any demerits loss. So what that means is now I want you to do is just basically disassemble.

It paint it and put it back together. Paint videos take forever to meet a ton of work, especially on a frame this big, but we kind of made everything easy to humble. We thought about mean is so: let's just get to work: Oh user G buddy, so all the wiring we made on clippable. So it actually wasn't too hard to get all this out.

So this all the wiring is gone and we can work on the rest of it not too bad. I mean we'll wrap it and get the heat shrink. Everything on it, but pre ordnance think you said you stupid. He likes it.

Then you drink that huh you're gon na hold you to it. Kids animal cut is here guys, we've cleaned up the frame we grinded in all the imperfections we sanded it. We got it off as much rust as we could. You know, wipe it down with some acetone, so it's looking really nice now and it's time to paint it so we're going with some tractor paint real tough.

This is Massey Ferguson gray. I think it's gon na look really good with our white wheels and our red accents. So let's get the paint in this thing. Okay, oh that's very nice color! This is some thick paint.

It was like Chef, Boyardee, consistency, kinda, it's like oh man. It kind of feels like it's like half dry already yeah. What else you have this? Isn't it's a great, durable I'm ready to off-road it and not have it chip off like spray paint. That is some good coverage so because we're putting all over the brush, it might be, have some lines in it.

But this paint should be self leveling and we just prefer the durability on an off-road car like this over, like the smoothness of spray paint, and I think it's gon na look really good. So, let's just get it on all right. As you can see, we painted the entire bottom of the cart and it's looking really nice. It's already a little tacky and by tomorrow, we'll be dry and we'll be able to flip it over and paint the top.

We just wanted to get the bottom done until we get all the hard-to-reach spots and tomorrow we'll finish it all up, so that the bottom paint here overnight and now we're ready to attack this top side. There's a ton of little bars to cover so we're gon na have a lot of time stand into this thing, but I think the end result is gon na look awesome. So let's get started sorry now, where is doing our final touch-ups get a little spot to be ever gotten yet, but it's looking super good, really happy with the results and then tomorrow we'll be able to pull this thing out in the Sun reassemble it. Let it cure and see what we missed and then we'll retouch everything up and let it cure this Massey Ferguson, great tractor paint is super shiny.
I don't think we've got to picked a better color for this thing. It looks sweet. We also did red Deering's. We got some grip tape for it.

We got a ton of little touches on you. We spray painted and tractor painted everything. So this thing is gon na shine. Now, let's get to reassembling this thing, so we can finally see what it looks like all put together.

Sweet okay, so we just got the motor and just working on bolting ups of shocks on a rear subframe here, but now it's kind of perfect time to do some maintenance on this thing, so we're gon na do a plug change as well as change of oil. In there so we're pulling out these old champion plugs. There also sings definitely been running a little bit on the lean side, probably, but it's not too bad. They look alright and just look old, so we got some NGK ours to put in there.

So we'll pop these in so we're slowly putting this thing back together. What about like 35 % done, and it's really looking good. Now we start getting our uh. You know our center join them here, our little jack shaft setup, but the rear engine section is going really nice.

The engine actually used to be like a shiniest thing in here, but now it makes it kind of look really dull, just cuz, it's so dreary, but it'll blend in as soon as we get the seats and stuff like that, but really excited to get the aluminum In it's gon na look awesome wrapped up our exhaust gon na get ready not to get our DG pipe on it, but I really love the look at this gold exhaust wrap. Oh that looks nice at the gray part some bushings to make some d-ring Isolators. So these things aren't popping around sweet yeah. We got the hood windshield all that stuff on roof.

It looks really freakin cool. Finally doing the wiring in here. It's mostly wrapped up, I'm just gon na wait till like finalize it and tape and zip tie it until everything's routed just make sure it fits, but yeah. The harness is amazing still need to wrap the back, though it's a lot to do alright.

So the wire is pretty much done and there's a little bit of cleaning up to do, but everything's pretty good, so far, horn, both lights and straight pipe right now, but yeah everything's working the brakes work. Everything is perfect. So alright, so here's a little glove box. This will also serve as nice, storage, compartment and kind of - I guess an armrest too, but yeah it's nice grey matches everything else, so that'll be useful, finishing touches territory, guys some of the final things like our awesome rally here or going in, but we'll get art Moving on things like the seats and stuff like that, but we are loving this grey and red color combo, that's nice! I love the way.

This kind of looks guys yeah, we added it the symmetrical sections we good the little red accents everywhere are just so nice as we're coming to a close, we're starting to wrap our put final things like the seed, so we're gon na get the spare tire pan, But I'm gon na install this seat and then we're gon na get to basically the reveal montage, where we get some awesome clips of this thing. It really looks incredible, so we're finally getting done with this piece, guys good Joe. Let's make it happen. Let's finish, this thing off looks good put that Sena captain there haha bed is so cool with the red.
It totally looks like a knockoff whoo alright, so we got the interior pretty much tied up and it's looking awesome right now. It's like 1 a.m. or a half awake, half asleep, and the last thing to do is just put these little pieces of sandpaper for the floor. So your chute doesn't slide off the pedal on so we're doing that and then we're gon na call it a night.

Yeah, this is kind of our last day to work on stuff before going back to college, so a little nice little winter break action. I think it was pretty successful. Now that the pain is done, you can see it in its final form, and it looks amazing, like this. Color really makes this thing pop, even though it's kind of subtle it looks really good on this makes it look really Tillett area.

So now that it's all done, we got a couple more things to do yeah, so we definitely need to tune this thing and make sure all the bolts are tight. It makes sure everything's working perfectly and then once we have it tuned and it's running right. Finally, rip this thing really show you all what it can do and how it works. So thank you to go Powersports.

Thank You, DG's to the exhaust. Thank You Oxfam for the light check out our Instagram at Dover. It complete make sure to LIKE and subscribe and see you next. You.

You guys are doing it just like the pros do it. Fab, assemble, test. disassemble, paint, reassemble and one of you throws the other through the office door, oh wait, wrong series lol.

Sorry guys, i think you should have painted the ali panels too, and maybe added a red decal or racing stripe.

Also think you should continue the ali plating all the way down to the front bumper.

Take a lesson from ol’ Cletus McFarland and reinforce that windshield. Looks like it could be a bit thicker too, don’t want out breaking apart at speed and injuring someone.
