After our last last episode, the ATV was looking disproportionate, so we added some tubing to simulate fenders as well as some stunt ATV inspired side steps. Once we finished up the cosmetics, we took it out for a rip. We were super impressed with how the suspension absorbed bumps and the handling. The electric start Tillotson from GoPowersports packs plenty of power for this tiny frame. As always, the links to all the parts we used are down below! Special thanks to RogueFab for sending us a VersaNotcher to help us step up our fabrication game!

So in the last video we finished up the suspension on this thing and put a bill till it's an electric start on this custom atv frame and today we're gon na drive it. But before we get to that, we need to add some custom metal bars to just make. This thing look a little bit better because right now, it's very just narrow and the wheels are kind of out there. So we're gon na have some things like side bars and maybe even some bars up front to just kind of help.

The look of this thing so, let's get started so we're liking. How this looks - and I think we're gon na start up in just like right about here, so we have enough room for about a two inch stretch, so we will line this up right in the back. So the idea is we're just gon na bend this and tail this bar going. This way is parallel to this way.

So let's go to the bender. So now that we've done these side steps, we need to move on to the front and make it look a little bit wider up here in a little bit meaner, so we're gon na start by taking off this original bumper and we're gon na mock up some Ideas we're thinking of something that kind of comes out like a fender almost so we're gon na start, hashing out some ideas and bending some tube. So right now, what we're doing is we want to make kind of like a little duck tail section or to dissimulate, rear fenders and we're just kind of debating what looks good or not right. Now we have a hundred and forty degree angle.

I think that's what we're gon na stick with it, so we'll notch this one up and then Bend another one dang guys that looks good Joe did a good job notching. That up! Thank you! So now, we'll just duplicate that! Oh so I just welded in all these bars. Finally - and they look awesome so now, our last or one of our last little frame additions are basically I've kind of started notching this one up with an angle grinder, but basically we want to have these pipes here to give it a little bit of just cemetry. It's gon na look awesome and then we'll add one bar across here to kind of hide this area.

But let's get to the angle grinder, let's cut some more notches, alright guys. I spent the last couple minutes: notching needs to fit perfectly and, as you can see, it just stands up on his own, and this is gon na be a bar to kind of fill in this upper section with this awkward kind of steering shaft. And then we put a bar across, but now it's just time to mimic this on the other side and then weld it all up. We're super happy to announce that we were working with rogue fab.

They sent us their tubing, not sure which we're really excited for it's a super cool unit that they made in a house and really it comes basically assembled. I actually don't really know how to set it up I'll look into it, but thank you, wrote fab. We're gon na put the link in the description. Let's get this thing set up.

We have a couple more pipes and knotch on the ATV, so we'd love to use this thing to get some perfect fitment just right as we recycle. So there really wasn't any set up to this thing. All I do is put this handle on and put this kind of drill attachment in so basically just use your own hole saw, and it goes in right here - go tighten down these little allen heads to hold it in and then there's tons of angle adjustment guys All you have to do just loosen these little clamps and you can kind of rotate. However, you want, I mean you could cut some crazy angles of this thing and then this raises and lowers to really excited to use this tool.
I've been wanting one of these for a while. Just you know little things like this are gon na help with stuff with my fab game. So we're excited all right. So we got these two bars tacked in and now we're gon na.

Add a crossbar right here for support and just tie in this whole front section and we might even net mount a little light under here. But now what we need to do is cut this down a little bit and then we're going to use our rogue fab tubing, not sure to notch this thing in so it fits perfectly all right. So I just finished welding up all the frame bits and now I can put the engine in, hopefully we're still clearing with all our new bars and stuff all right, so the cool thing about go passports, break kits, is it comes with the handle and everything attached. So basically we bolt up the calipers I made enough that previously and then all there is to the installing the upper unit is just bolting in it.

So pretty easy money. Okay, so we wired up all the totes ignition to just the stock atv ignition. So I'm making a lot more easy to use and obviously it's temporary right now, but all right it works hi. So we just kind of got everything ready to go on this thing.

So I'm going to give it a quick test in here before we go rip. It so, let's see what happens hi, I think she's ready to rip. It was sketchy alright, so we're here really excited just to be a grade-a Ripper really excited to just take it out and see what she does. They say: I've, never driven something like this.

It's like actually it's hard to wheelie, but not like it's. So it's like fast enough, but it's like it's like absorbs the kind of it absorbs it like the rear axle just pushes up into the frame instead of like wanting it to wheelie. I think the suspension makes it like really solid, like that, but yeah I mean III turned there pretty hard and stuff, but it didn't feel like. I got it on three wheels a couple of times, but all right, Jason's turn yep suit.

It up excited yeah. It's it's definitely, unlike anything you've ever driven. I like that. It's really weird a good way.

It's like a mini bike. Just like I don't know it's like a mini bike in a go-cart had a baby, take it down. Yeah I got ta say I think I like this thing on dirt: better submission what she's a ripper yeah suspension is actually really nice yeah. I mean we still kind of to learn like it.
It feels really tippy, but probably just cause it's so small and tall, but um yeah. It seems to have stayed stable all right. It's getting dark now, so it's time to wrap this little driving video up, but we're super impressed with how this thing handles both on and off road, like the suspension really eats up the bumps, even the big bumps that are almost bottoming. This thing out, don't affect you that much and it's pretty fast, so I think in the future.

We're gon na have a lot of fun with this one. So thank you for watching check out our Instagram at the brake repeat. Thank you to go Powersports and catch. You next time,.

That mini quad is sick! The metal work y’all did looks great and the performance is absolutely perfect for something that small! Great job guys

  2. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars theo garner says:

Nice build I’m chopping up a 50cc quad and throwing a 212cc in it wondering where u got the rear axel setup?

  3. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Job Perry says:

That thing is slow as hell, even my 110 will wheelie and burnout no problem. What is this a 49cc Ebay motor? Lol

  4. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Joshua Bynum says:

What did you use to extend the rear axle?

  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ~mind over matter~ says:

Hey guys i build alot of these quads specifically the model you have. They're are many variants of them from diffrent chinese manufacturers. Tao tao, roketa, coolster, boyang, etc… Many more but the point is i have the same tires the same exact type of quad. Ata110b-ata110b1-3050b and all other simalar models. They sell nitrogen shocks at t bolt usa with motora that bolt the factory engine mount. All the way up to a 4 valve 190cc i highly recommend checking them out. Im pretty sure you guys know cars & camera's, they have also had a mini qaud & if you check all chineae atv's, pitbikes, pocket bikes. Etc all use the same engine bolt pattern. They can fit a 49cc Chinese honda clone all the way up to 125cc, bolting in of course. after that the 140cc with require you to extend the frame but good work i hope to come out and have some fun with the quads at a meet maybe.

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Lawrence Orum says:

Looks like ur left tire out of line I think lol

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Ipad 1 says:

Dude put a 425 or what ever it is in it then it will wheelie

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Caden Tilton says:

You should install the front brakes some of these mini quads came with, then you could use them as a form of launch control so you could wheelie (hold the front brakes then apply just barely not enough throttle to push through the brakes and then let the breaks off)

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Calvin Wright says:

The filming quality is perfect 👌 sick build 👍🙂

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Olli Lehtonen says:

Shorten the rear fork by three quarters of an inch and stiffen the suspension by 30% and you've got a mad wheelie machine with easy control over the angle.

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars James McGee says:

Might want to throw a stiffer adjustment on the rear suspension! Nice job guys!

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Bob White says:

suspension looks like it works well on road and in the dirt. it would handle better and be less likely to tip when turning if the front suspension was modified to produce a negative camber curve during compression (i.e. when making a left turn the right front suspension will compress and needs to produce negative camber which will allow the tire to dig in for more grip and produce more stability). moving the inner pivot of upper control arm lower may be enough to do it or it may take more changes as well. a lot of variables involved. keep up the good work.

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Liam Brewer says:

You should stand on the back bars and do a big wheelie

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jeff Larson says:

You built the ultimate motocross pit bike!

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Steven Vosberg says:

Great build guys that thing is tiny fantastic. The suspension looks a little soft in the rear and you should get a "Juggernaut" from GoPowerSports to improve your takeoff and top speed. Love your content Guys. Great job. Looking forward to what you bring next.

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jones's Junk says:

What size wheels are those? I found plenty of street tires for the 6in but none for the 7

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jones's Junk says:

I have a chinese quad with stage 3 predator and tav and I can't keep the front wheels down from 0-20 mph. Might be your gear ratio

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dennis Leger says:

We’re so excited ( most boring tone ever)😆

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ahnurmom_ says:

looks so fun to ride! with that tilly and the mods on it it rips!

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Bradley J. Fortner says:

It's underpowered or under-geared. If it won't wheelie, it should do a burnout. It doesn't do either.

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Redneckary wit jay says:

You should tack on some diamond plate for the fenders that would look sick

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Dave96z34v2 says:

Heads up! For some reason none of videos on your channel that I subscribe too have been showning up in the last 4 months in the news feed.

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Genetic Fish says:

Kinda sounds like it can rev higher. Super dope build looks fun 🙌

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Rogue Fabrication says:

Awesome video guys. It does look way more complete with the bars added. And it's probably safer too.

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars BryDuhBikeGuy says:

Another awesome win guys!Maybe when on road racing you can put some wheel spacers in front for even more stability.I like the way they set for off-road,being a hint wider. Will you throw on a set of meats and run this up in your hill trails? That thing will Fly once you're comfortable running to it's limits.Happy Trails !

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Sam’s Garage says:

I put a 212 on a mini atv for my daughter and she loves it.

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Maxx Productions says:

You guys are pretty professional quality I’m sure If you took custom order stuff it would be a hit!

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Menno says:

Idk why this channel still hasn't hit 1 Million subs, like its quality content!

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars PixelSlinger says:

It looks awesome, but it really needs floorboards. You're running the risk of a foot falling off of the nerf bars and getting trapped between the ground and the bar. Your foot placement looks really sketchy.
