In this video we begin our newest Mini Bike build, The MB-200! We are planning on using this one as an off road race bike. We had a stage 4 built Tillotson on the shelf that we put on this thing with a juggernaut torque converter. We added the GoPowerSports Superpipe exhuast and heat shield panel, as well as a real tank for more fuel range and capacity. It turned out great and we were able to knock out the majority of the build in a few hours! All parts links below!

Welcome back everyone coming at you with a new mini bike, build this is the mv 202 that go power. Sports is very kindly provided to us. It's a larger, mini bike frame with suspension, which is going to be great for some off-road races that are coming up. That we're going to try and participate in gopro sports also makes a couple of exclusive items for the mb 202 frames, such as the super pipe, which is a header and exhaust combo.

That fits it perfectly and a front disc, brake kit. So, along with those two parts, we also got a motorcycle gas tank, so we don't have to worry about running out of fuel. We got a built tilletson 212 that we've had laying around that we're going to put on it with the juggernaut and the torque converter. I also have a larger rear sprocket some handlebar grips and some steel fenders.

So you'll see this thing go from kind of just a little stock mb200 to a real bonafide off-road racing machine, dad approved first two-seater mini bike. Was that sketchy, if you put a bar on it, you could do two people, oh yeah, easy and like a little like a little cushion a little cushion at 60 bar yeah, honestly, like a big, a stronger motor yeah, honestly, not a bad idea. First thing: we're going to do is put the front disc, brake kit on so we unmounted our front tire and we've got to swap out these rims, because this one has the hub for the brake disk all right this one okay, so we got another daniel helping Us right now probably seen him before when we take our stuff out to ride in his land and so just take the engine off and then just keep stripping this thing down: yeah yeah, we'll get this thing pulled off and we'll put the tillets in on there And then we'll be uh ripping around the yard. So nice thing about these mp200s.

It comes with a torque converter, which we can reuse 196 is out. Next up is getting rid of this plastic tank in favor of a real tank that actually holds some gas it'll. Look a little better too. It will definitely look a ton better.

Our 30 series juggernaut from go powersports is on it's got some keyway perfect fit, and then our bolt to hold it on to our output, shaft tilt in is all set up. Jug yep. Now i just got a heater back in there, it's easier getting it in, of course, yeah pulling the old engine out you're, putting the tilting in and taking the jing dong out. So we ended up keeping the spacer that came on the stock engine because we needed it to line that belt up.

So we got a 62 sprocket place. This little dinky sprocket we got ta, take the wheel off and then should just bolt right up, eat that wheel off just practically practically just building itself. Take the silver, let's upgrade it to gold. That looks very nice now it's time for the super pipe.

So i'm just going to take this old side plate off and super pipe. The header studs on this thing a little stripped out, so we got some new ones from go powersports at the super pipe is on. You need a longer bolt for this one to accommodate. For the super pipe support mount and then make this reproduction side plate and that's looking real nice so now we're doing our front brake mount.
The first thing you're gon na do is you're gon na put your uh little foam, uh guards up against your fork on the inside of those collars. So you don't scratch it up and then you're just going to tighten those allen keys on. So i'm going to leave it loose, but we can still slide it on here, get it lined up with where we want to go with it. We can stick the wheel on now, a little lower.

There we go. Anything is a hammer guys, so the layout of it is here's your support from the bottom from your wheel bolt and then you get your two bolts that go to your brake, there's two spacers in between there and your top bracket and then that just clamps around The fork with your little fork clamp. So this thing is awesome. I love this yeah.

It looks great all right, so we got the uh the chain all cut to the right length. We're gon na put the master length in and uh just get this all buttoned up and then we'll have our chain on and then we'll tighten it using the the screws. So we're robbing these uh charging coils off the jangdong and we're gon na transplant them onto our tilleton. So we can still run our headlight and electronics, so we put the jangdong flywheel on so we could use the coils.

We also had to use the jiangdong fan and the jangdong pull start, but it's a tilton, so it's a gas tank, so we're calling this thing: the jang dilliton or the dang gelatin, maybe all right. So we got this kind of finished up for tonight. The only thing we really have left to do is put the gas tank on um, but tonight we got the the new uh front hub on with the uh the brake, and we got the new uh on the back and the new gear got the juggernaut. Torque converter got the tilton, of course, flat side carburetor, so yeah we're pretty much ready to give it a first rip just going to be using the gas tank from the tilletson.

Unfortunately, we're we're able to use the jiangdong pull start cover, so it's no longer a jang dylan. What you do. It sounds good great sweet front. Brakes work.

I tried them out the the back brakes, work um. It goes pretty quick, um yeah. It's awesome, uh! Nothing! Nothing uh what seems to be wrong with it. So far the headlight works, the kill switch works.

It's it's pretty sweet to have all the everything on it, working just in kind of an afternoon project. Now it's time to finalize our tank mount, it is mounted right now, but we didn't get to do a very good job of it because we wanted to get a video of this thing riding around. So we're just going to redo them, and all it really is, is just two small pieces of this round stock for the tank to slide on in the front. And then we already got the bolt in the back um good job.
