But what's up guys, it's finally time again to work on the racing mini bikes today, so everybody do in this. Video is already building the engine and painting it white with the martini library. This would be an awesome episode. We've never built that Tillotson engine before so.

We're super excited for that, so I think the first thing we need to do is get this all torn down. We just got done with all the metalwork and stuff so get everything torn down and then start sanding it and getting it ready for paint okay. So just kind of hitting off all the little pieces, a slag we had from the flux core and then kind of smoothing the insides of these with just a little kind of edges. That will show a little bit more once we paint it, and then it was kind of maybe grind down on the top.

Some of the welds not moat, not much of them, and this thing will be ready for paint yeah. So just got finished scuffing this up and he'll be right to paint all right so does sanding on these rims here we're going with gold here and it's gon na look really good. Even though martini cars really didn't have gold rims, we still want to incorporate it. Just cuz gold rims on white, he looks really good.

Okay just got some gloss white yeah. Okay, so we got the go Powersports little body panel type things. These are off Scooby white and these are gon na and then they'll have the martini library over this. But this is very cool.

These take paint really well and they're super easy for us to do a little pinstripe, sir, those designs on too okay. So it ended when we had like kind of like the little like stitch welds, that when it was painted, it just looked like exponentially worse, and we really don't like to look at this thing. So we ended up welding. The entire thing all the way around and then grinding it down, so it's smooth has a couple little pockets, but we're just gon na spray on the spray-paint like really thick at first then sand it down so they'll fill the pockets.

Then we'll get a nice even coat yeah, but this looks really yeah well just resume right where we left off with painting it, but I just figure include that we just did change it up from the final design. Okay! Well, I'm not gon na really fill in. Let's do a quick little time left, so we just need care this engine down, so you start building it. It's pretty cool.

It's Tilton has a different style hand. It's kind of in between. I have you know stamp steel head, so cool. So let's turn her down.

All right, let's see what the damage is. Should I say hopefully it's just pretty clean, but people don't really like changing predator oil. That's not bad, so I got pretty much everything I put in the piston all that good stuff. I just put a nut on there and I've screwdriver back there and handling.this off.

So here's a flywheel. It's a it's. I don't know if it's a lighter in pressure, but it's something that have better materials so like if you're putting cams and stuff, and it's not absolutely necessary to replace this, but we're doing it anyway. It's just suing get some higher.

Who has the head of this thing? There's nothing holding this cranking either that come out now. I have a completely bare block. It'll, be much much easier to take a little governor out right. So I got our nice new billet rod in there, as you can see, torque these bolts down to 170 inch pounds, so that is pretty much entirely good to go so now just align this to where the dots at I don't marry the cam.

What's the specs on this 250 to lift yeah, you don't learn to specs there. They are just a alright see so get the side cover up, never gon na work on that Fievel, okay. So the paint on this thing is done yeah. It looks really good.

I'm really glad I went back and just completely grinded down the welds and did all that this thing looks really cool kind of like almost to know me, I'm like yeah, so now. What we need to do is because we don't want to leave you hanging in with the engine build and stuff like that, and we kind of want a full mock-up of what this thing's he'll look like with the rims on it. We'll just do a complete mock-up, where we're gon na do like things like the rams and a gas tank, an engine there's another like you know, throttle and stuff like that, so we can get a closer look at this thing. Alright, so we have our new co power sports tire on here, along with they sell a rocket adapter a hub for these monster, moto frames.

So there's no like fabrication required, it's just bolts directly in so now, let's get them in the gold. You go up a little bit. Alright, this looks. Awesome got the rear wheel on just outside the walkthrough, not too bad working on the front right now.

So we shouldn't you be too bad, either yeah, so you got it and then I think we're working on, but the engine cuz engine just finished, rebuilding it now cross my fingers and hope everything fits in here like it should. Yes, oh and right there. This is it on the risers: yes, good, beautiful, perfe, okay, this is huge, but what are you gon na? Do we need that performance, so wow that looks wild, alright guys. So it's like the second weekend.

We've been, as you know, we're in college right now. We're coming back, the race is tomorrow. If the weather holds out, I really hope it does. But this thing we just got it running.

It sounds absolutely insane by far the meanest engine we've ever messed with so Jason tell us about this flight. So we got a 24 millimeter mikuni flat side carb, which are it's a lot more tunable and a lot more like you can fit a much wider range of engines like if you have a like a for us. We got our mod 2 cam and just some valve springs and flywheel, but you can also like super high lift cams like it's very versatile. You can use on many different applications and then just let go pop sport to know what you need it for and they'll send you what jets to use to.

So it's really simple, really easy for us. We just have it tuned to 2 turns out and it ran first try. So it's pretty awesome. Yeah start it up run dude, that's the most fire.

I've ever seen Joe made these awesome. Looking martini library stripes, so we're just kind of put these throughout the bike and just give it a nice martini, look match the helmet everything's gon na be matching. Look at that whoa. Do you like we got some martini starts here, looks a really good joke front of these things out, I'm getting the bikes really coming together.

It looks amazing. I'm gon na do these around the dimple die cuts just right with that top line, and we got the heat gun to kind of smooth things out. Okay, make sure we have enough space race, yeah, that's good, perfect right. There then get the heat gun just to kind of form it to these sides right here and also the dimple.

He cutsies cut some lines into it, and then the spoke movie all right. So here she is. This is basically how it sits. I think all the aesthetic work on this thing is totally done so cool all right, so it's a little bit later in time after we've done the rest of the paint, job and all the aesthetics, but we added this side cover to cover up this gear system.

We put on and then they no did, these dimple dies with our Eastwood dimple die and we just painted it up and put some decals on it and it looks really cool now so that don't do it for this video. We just wanted to show you how we updated it and we'll catch you next time. You.
