Hi. Yes, it's dodgy kickstarter time again. But this isn't really a busted video because I don't have to do anything except read the page and read their own patent to see that this is fundamentally busted. Yes, it's free energy, the gravitational power generator, eco turbine.

Um, it's done by a couple of, uh, Japanese fellas. and if you watch the video, it's got uh, subtitles and everything. Anyway, what it is is, of course you can see it here. It's these water tanks at either end of giant like arms and there's a ton of them.

Look, there's like there's ton of these things. It's huge. It's like you know it has to be in like a big warehouse. And apparently they've spent 30 years of development on this.

So it's it's. actually it's quite sad actually. Um, they've actually spent their all of their um, pension money. Where is it? Yeah, um, we've made it past 70 years old.

We spent our pensions on this project and it this is the delusion of free energy. People are over unity, whatever you want to call it. You know, some people take me to task over the exact definition of the term and oh, coefficient of performance and or wank way. all that sort of stuff.

Look, I've done videos on using coefficient of performance. So yes, you can get more power out than in using a coefficient of performance greater than one. This is how air cons work you put in. you know, a kilowatt of power and you can get three kilowatts of you know, Btu heat and energy coming out of the thing.

But ultimately, there's no free lunch here. It's not free energy we're talking about over unity here. Perpetual motion, whatever you want to call it. Um, and this is the delusion of this.

You can spend like your entire life and your entire life savings on this thing. and countless people have done this. Anyway, I know I'm a bit late to the party on this. 21 hours to go.

They've only raised four thousand dollars out of their 1300 goals. so they got their goal. So good on them. Um, yeah, you gotta have a hobby and they've smashed.

They smashed their goal. unfortunately. Um, this four thousand dollars like this is of course never going to work. and I'll show you why.

Actually, one comment. A one backer here. Jerg Frick has actually gone to a lot of trouble to try and help them and explain to them. your invention would be perpetual mobile of the first kind, perpetual motion of the first kind.

For consolation, it would not be really climate neutral in the long run because all the gain energy would turn into heating in the end, so it would still heat the environment. Sorry for the bad news, and well, you know they just waffle on they replied. And they just waffle on. You know facts and numbers and how they've tested and everything else.

And then he politely goes on to explain how you can get arbitrarily strong forces using levers and gear wheels, so they're obviously like, so obviously like they're using momentum and weight, counterweights and levers. and you know all sorts of stuff to try and get their perpetual motion anyway. So he goes through the numbers he tries to explain to them. Go to the physics department of a nearby university and put a note on the message board.

Excellent physics students wanted for discussing an intervention in exchange for a rich dinner. And yeah, and I'll tell you. but of course, these people don't want to hear that what they're doing is just not possible. They think you know, they test their prototypes and they think it's all you know.

they got it going. But anyway, Sorry, I just realized that my advice above is technically sound, but it's psychologically not. fee or not. You know it's not being kind to them psychologically.

Um, either you would simply not heed the opinion of the student or you feel for the rest of your life that you stopped after 30 years of it based on judgment that could have been wrong. And yeah, that's the thing. And finally, it's okay that you don't listen to other human beings. Perseverance is a virtue, but please listen to Mother Nature when your generator delivers less than the pumps consume.

Um, yeah, and that's what's going to happen here. And this is the really interesting bit about this, right? You can go through and look, I won't. er, do we can We see it in operation. Here we go.

Is it going to swing for us? It's going to sweep? Yep. There we go. See, we've got the counterweights. and yeah, they're just, um, you know, cans filled with water.

I believe. They just wait. basically. so it's a big counterweight kind of uh, machine.

So yeah, um, it's very impressive, right? But unfortunately, it's not going to get more energy out than you put in. Um, anyway, so complete the blueprint they need. Uh, 500 000 Japanese Gen. Yen 5000 us.

So I don't know why they put such a low uh thing. Anyway, to complete to create the blueprints based on the prototype. So this is just money to create the blueprints. And it's not even that they haven't even raised enough for that.

Obtain a synchronous generator. Unfortunately, our generator is missing a key component asynchronous generator, so they haven't even like gotten power out of this. They've been working on it for 30 years and wow and collaborate. Yeah, you're not going to find anyone to collaborate on this apart from other free energy.

uh, delusional people who have been sucked in by this. but this is what I wanted to do the video on. This is the pattern, right? They reckon it's I don't think it's granted it's in Japanese, um, so please forgive me. but it does have English actually down the bottom, which is the most interesting part.

So any, uh, Japanese viewers feel free to actually correct any of this. or, uh, do that. There's construction going on behind me. I don't know.

This is from the patent, uh, examiner, or whoever's doing this in the specification of the Prevent the Power Generation Device 10 according to the present embodiment, requires electric power for using a motorized pump and 200 watts of electricity is used per rotor. There are 15 rotors, thus three kilowatts total power in. Meanwhile, the power generation device 10 according to the present embodiment, can provide electric power approximately 30 to 100 times the electricity amount the power generation device uses. So yep, over unity more power out than power in.

This is nothing to do with coefficient of performance or anything. These are not heat pumps here. this is, um, just basically power into the motors to drive. Or you know, to keep all the thing going because it's eventually going to slow down due to friction and everything else right? So it's uh, to keep all this thing going needs three kilowatts and they claim that they're going to get 30 to 100 times the energy out of this by hooking a generator onto the other end.

I don't know exactly you know the mechanics of it all, but yeah, um, this is not like this is not like heat pump or coefficient of performance or anything like that. This is generator in to spin some you know, levers full of water and you get 30 to 100 times the power out. Nope. This statement of can provide electric power approximately 30 to 100 times the electricity amount the power generation device uses.

So presumably that's in their patent. That's what they state and it he's saying it violates the law of conservation of energy. You think normally when electric power is inputted to a motorized pump from outside and the rotary is driven. thus resulting in power generation by rotating the power generator.

Electric power is considered to be impossible in the light of the Law of Conservation of Energy, and the calculation conducted to arrive an electric amount of approximately 30 to 100 times is also unknown. They just they've got no detail in their pattern. It's just like we can get 30 to 100 times out. Yeah, trust us.

even though we've never actually hooked up a generator to this thing because we can't afford it. But you know we've been working on this for 30 years and things spin and we've done some back of the envelope calculations and trust us, it'll get 30 to 100 times out. Please grant the patent not going to happen. Therefore, the inventions in claims wonder aid of the present application are considered to be a power generation device that uses a motorized pump that requires electric power.

But how could one provide a power generation device that can provide the electricity amount that is approximately 30 to 100 electricity amount required by the power generation device is not considered to be disclosed in the specification of the present application in a manner sufficiently clear and complete for the inventions in claims one to eight of the present application to be carried out by a person skilled in the art. Therefore, they've put no details in the pattern that in any way, like even remotely proves that they can get 30 to 100 times the energy out than they put in. And they're just no, it's it's not going to. They're not going to patent get a patent for this.

I thought that the patent office actually had a blanket ban on over Unity devices. I may be wrong on that, but um, anyway, it might be different in other countries. But yeah, this uh, patent examiner or patent search examiner or whoever it is is telling them flat out this pattern will not get granted. so you've just wasted your time and money accordingly.

From the subject of examination for inventions and claims one to eight of the present application excluded were configurations that exhibit the effect of being incapable of providing electricity amount 30 to 100 times that used by the power generation device. So they haven't even put anything in there that even tries to remotely explain how they're going to get 30 to 100 times the energy out. It's just anyway. instead configurations that comply with the law of Conservation of energy and in which the energy generation by the power generation device does not exceed the energy of the electric power input from outside.

I mean, seriously. Um, what's this document here? In a well, where does your three kilowatts come from? I guess you can get, let's whack some solar panels on the roof, Then you get like 30 hundred times that out. Two orders of magnitude.

Ah, wither, blah blah. They're gonna save the world. Yep, these couple of old codgers, they're gonna save the world. Good item.

They've been working on it for 30 years. unfortunately. No, you've been deluded into thinking that this can work and it's not you. Simply, once you actually put a generator on this thing, you're going to find that you're going to get less power out than what you put in.

Ultimately, it's always the case. People have been working on over unity things like this for hundreds of years. Generations and generations and generations of you know, really smart people that have been, you know, and hard work Like they spend every waking hour of the day working on this stuff for their whole life and they still nobody has been able to produce a machine that gives more energy out than you put in. like when all factors are considered it it just.

it's not going to happen. But we have developed a gravity power generator that is resistant to earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, replaces wind, parent generation and solar power generation. Wow. Just have these giant rotating machines degenerate.

You know the gigawatts? That, which is the 1.21 gigawatts gigawatts of electricity required. So yeah, yeah, we're going to save the planet, blah blah and feature description. Here we go. Um, yep.

They've got a water water tanks at both ends. The store in water arm is rotated by force that causes the tip of the arm to fall downwards. the water accumulated in upper tank A When the stopper that stops the arm is removed, tank A moves downwards and the arm rotates so it's just transferring water from one tank. I do, haven't we seen this before? This is not new.

haven't people been trying this for like hundreds of years? I don't see anything new here, but they don't even seem to have any. Like new whiz-bang cams or anything. But they're of course You gotta put in the three kilowatts of power required to pump the water from the top to the bottom. So anyway, they can go through the calculations and look, I'm not going to waste my time.

I just thought that it was absolutely hilarious that, uh, they're oh, look, yeah, they've got. Actually, they've got quite a significant bit of information here. So if you want to, uh, go in and, uh, waste your time just for an academic exercise, um, there's set up, cost, electricity generation, and all that sort of stuff. Anyway, I just thought it was absolutely hilarious that they linked to this patent information and the pattern examiner is gone.

There's nothing in here like you're just wasting your time. You're never going to get the pattern. Granted, there is nothing even remotely in this pattern that shows that it's going to even do this. not even remotely close.

So I just thought, like, that's an own goal right there. I mean, it's just anyway, they raised their, uh, they smashed their own goal on kickstarter and unfortunately, um, how many backers you know, 79 backers have just maybe they felt sorry for them and they just wanted them to give their money back. Which is, you know, after all this time, poor guys. Yeah, Ultimately, it's I find this rather sad that, uh, people waste their lives.

I've been contacted for like the last decade, even more. Even before I had the blog. I used to get contacted by Over Unity Free Energy You know, people. Um, and some of them were like, uh, they weren't Oh, I've invented this thing.

Some of them were people who've invested their money in this sort of stuff and they've gone. Oh, look, I've been. You know, I invested like five or ten thousand dollars or whatever it was into this thing. There's been various, like big, like the Um orbit, uh, what's the orbital one orbital? Oh, I don't know.

Anyway, there's been lots of them over the years, right? Really big, elaborate, um, free energy type scams and people have invested their money and these companies just work on it for a decade. They always come up with this excuse after excuse, every excuse why it works and I've had people that have started to go, well. I think this might be. I think I've been diddled out of my money and they contact me and they go, hey, you know what do you think about this and I have to tell them, look, sorry, um, these people are delusional.

It violates the fundamental laws of physics and uh, it's just people. Have been trying this for hundreds of years and it's just not going to work. You've wasted your money. All their excuses are just excuses just to keep the money coming in, just to keep it rolling.

Keep it running as a full-time business because some of these are quite big businesses. They employ people and all sorts of stuff. Um, so until they eventually Kamagatsa and the money runs out and they can't find enough suckers to put more money in. And these people, just, you know, I I feel sorry for them.

and often they don't want to believe it. But because they're sort of reaching out, um, to, you know, someone technical trying to ask? Well, look, you know I can you verify that this May that actually you know they say, is there any hope in this at all? Um, and no, I go. no, sorry. There's just no hope.

uh, whatsoever. So unfortunately. Um, yeah. a very impressive machine.

But yeah, yeah. Free energy over unity. I thought. um, this was against, uh, Kickstarter.

I thought this was completely against Kickstarters. Aren't they against? Um, maybe no one's reported it yet. And well, yeah. 20 hours left.

They're going to get some money back for their 30 years of development, but not enough to pay for all this that they've worked on. Looks quite elaborate, isn't it? Geez, look at the hydraulics and stuff and oh wow. Anyway, yeah, they haven't even hooked a generator onto it. Sad.
