Here were adding on to our factory CJ roll bar. We're going to be slapping in some racing seats so were going to need harness bars for them and a more complete roll bar.
Thanks for watching and subscribe for the rest of the build.

Nice job
I love seeing these young men doing incredible things with their hands and heads.
Great fab work!
Safety glasses look oh so dorky.
But darkout glasses and white canes looks much worse.
PROTECT YOUR EYES !!!
You should read why not to have a harness, I was going to put a set in my CJ 7 and after some research found that they are dangerous unless you have a helmet on that is on a tether to the roll cage, they do look cool though.
From my perspective here on YouTube, I think your welds look just fine. If you wanted show quality, you would have TIG welded them anyway. But if you're simply after quality and funcionality, you're good to go. Kudos guys!
Man I came for that front part! ๐
Harness bar is mounted to low might break your back in a accident but the rest looks good
You ahould make a c pillar that goes all the way back to protect you passengers in the back seats so they wont die in a role over
Looks great, i would recommend cutting a template out of pvc pipe get the right angles so that you could easily transfer pattern to pipe. Keep up the great job. enjoying your videos
How are you going to get in the back seat?
AWESOME !!!
Hey fellas, if you haven't powder coated the roll bar yet you can turn it into a cage pretty easily with a second roll bar for the front half. Pretty easy to find on craigs list. Just a thought.
Looks good! looking forward to more videos on the CJ. Are you going to get rid of the factory side rails when you build the sliders? I might be interested in buying them and possibly some of the other stock parts you plan to get rid of. I am getting ready to start restoring my 1978 Cj7 Renegade.
Looking good.Is that a Hobart Handler 135 mig?
