As you can see, the quality isn't that great, and the audio is terrible, this came directly out of the camera. Not sure if it's a PEBKAC or a genuine issue. But it is a first run developer prototype.
NOTE: There are some reports the 360 feature only works on Google Chrome

The Log Lab in 30 degrees I'm using the EIA laughing 360 cam camera. it's a craft project. this is a very early prototype actually pan around Vegas tee and he's the one who actually back to sing and got no lead developer Tom is 32 over there. Yes YouTube 360 definitely hand the video around.

That's the hole right here and I'm gonna follow me I can't get too close Reason: minimum distance where it can actually stitch the things together because this does all internal stitch get as all in that hardware and keeps it as an Mp4 video for really is quite so and we've been having issues with it though unfortunately so this audio is breaking up. then stand here because that's directly there's three top I'll link in the video - which lady I'll show you the real hardware. this is just the test 360 degrees by unions people working quite well. Um, they got a half million bucks in that funding for this and they boy have I think three months later months behind schedule or something.
but I have delivered the developer prototypes Bit rough Eddy I mean you'll probably if you pan around you'll see a watermark image. they've got some texture on there saying the firmware saying that well this is not gonna be the fine. the final quality you get out to see. It is a bit pixelated, compressed, all that stuff but it seems to work you.
Just the file directly on the camera uploaded you to Youtube does hands the 360 thing and it seems to work just fine. So there you go. A 360 cam from Joy Rock Dick.

this is so cool youtube panning videos! i didnt know it supported it or even pannable videos even existed. i hope the camera will eventually get a resolution of maybe 8192×2160 or more for a much better video quality

It needs work, I am not gonna lie. That video quality is… iffy, and the audio is pathetic. BUT, this 360 degree freeview stuff is AWESOME. I love it. I feel like I am actually in the room… which is both creepy and amazing at the same time. Best of luck to these folks and I hope this catches on, because getting to look around the room while listening to you is so much fun. Plus following you as you prance about. Again, super creepy, but super fun!
If they can work out the bugs, then… hell yes, I want this to be a thing. This'd make vloggers so much more fun to watch.
Wow! The YouTube app on my tablet pans and tilts the video based on my gyroscope…really really cool!

The camera makes your head look big. Or perhaps I just never noticed the size of your head proportioned to your body before.
The image quality is horrible.
Pixelated, flat, bad washed out colors, drags out the lighting, loads of artifacts, etc. Absolutely everything about it is horribly bad by today's standards.
I don't see how this can improve so much for the final consumer version that it will be worth it. The problems can not be fixed with just better firmware, the hardware is to bad.
I see gopro is probably developing something like this. And i believe that company has the knowledge and the resources to actually get a good product.

Wow, very good. I was using it on my phone with the YouTube app and I could look around the "lab" at whatever I wanted by "pointing" at it. Imagine this in 4k and perfect audio. Wow.
