Hi got an interesting video for you I'm at the Jake our warehouse here at Riedel me just next to where I used to work at there. Tally's actually and conditions of sale. Here we go. We are literally in the warehouse.

Well, we're in the loading dock of the warehouse. Let me show you the stuff. This is the last day of a sale and they have and they are clearing out absolutely everything. So let's and there's the Jake Our warehouse for those who haven't seen it, all the conveyor belts and everything else.

and let's have a look at some of the stuff available. This is basically all faulty or referred stuff. So they've got these petrol inverters. They're the big two kilowatt ones and stuff like that.

So let's ton of those little mini fridges and things like that. So sorry about the handheld footage I Know a lot of people are complaining. There's a little smaller inverter, these are all folding so they're all going to have like something written on them. why they're Foley There we go.

No 240 volt output fault Description: blah blah blah no power output Suspect unit has inverter issues Unit start okay, something like that. so as if you're lucky, you'll get a note on it with what's actually wrong with it. Now these are dodgy as solar panels. They are actually Digitek sorry Power Tech branded which is the generic J car brand on them.

So these are dodgy as panels and faulty items. Everything is 50 bucks. but no, because it was last age. Don't tell anyone everything's 5 bucks.

5 bucks I kid you not and people are going crazy. So you got all these huge stereo amp Caesar Of course Digitech branded. so they're absolute, you know, crap. but seriously and got turntables.

So there's a ton of turntables and they are literally letting everything go for five bucks. that's the word on the street Anyway, so this is crazy. All right. We've got these will advanced synthesized receivers.

so yep, they're but they're kind of cool I don't know what to be wrong with those? Um, anyway and then be PA type our speakers there we go blue - that one's got Bluetooth everything else faulty off These ones have worth 20 bucks. but no everything sir. There's lots of CCTV recorders and stuff like that LED Searchlights spotlights. Someone's got a whole trolley worth of stuff.

Awesome. And we've got. you know, there's LED floodlight things, but everything here is folded so up somebody's loading up a pellet worth. And yes, look.

soldering irons. Um, the crap. Absolutely crap Duratec ones. But and of course they are all folded.

There is something wrong with him. if you're lucky, they might be like misreported faults, so you know. but these are pretty crap quality soldering irons. but you know for for the money, you'd buy a couple of them right? and then if they and get them working and then part them out and you've got an infinite number of spares Really? so you know there's a sort of PVR type up.

you know security recording stuff intermittent fault. Yeh, don't dodgy in the middle fault. they're a pain to troubleshoot anyway. Hi Fight Fans imports.

Unbelievable. That's dodgy ads anyway. I Line-interactive UPS So there's lots of consumer stuff, but you know, soldering irons? No worries, we've got more. Our sine-wave a heap yeses.

and little, um, 12 volts. Our power inverters for the car and Quadcopters. Million Quadcopters This? no idea. never heard on Sky Mar Star Solar lighting.

Are there any ones with any blades? Oh, here's some blades down in the Box down in there. but yeah, that's pretty crusty Quadcopter. but hey, you buy ten of them. and I'm sure you can get it for your working.

So there's our you know, those night camera. DVR Things but tons of Quad copters. Oh Maisie Must a big panel in that? some big monitor thing? Don't know. Always security monitor something like that.

Yeah, everyone's loading up pallets worth of stuff. More Quadcopters Here you go. Little cuter ones. but yeah, then Drew, they'd probably work.

You know, they get up in the air. Um. couplers? Awesome. Yeah, we're still going and this is a bit of a score.

Ah, you've seen these power tech power supplies before the MP 30 90. It's a switch mode power supply I Got one of these in the lab I've done a teardown video of it way way back I'm sure. um 40 volt, 15 volt output and um, they're in pretty decent bit to score those for 5 bucks a pop. faulty.

They are definitely repairable. Um, you know it's just a switch 1y so yeah. Wireless A USB Wireless Weather Station I Wouldn't mind one of those actually. if they work, that is more quadcopter stuff.

little things. UPS's and our little dodgy telescopes. they want to go there. Nothing worse than a crap quality telescope.

Both big lead torches, you know. Oh, that's a not a lead. sorry, that's a big xenon thing and actually a saw. Yeah, there's like night vision monoculars.

Um, so why do say that's just like a Just Like lights it up with infrared and what? I Don't think I would have a proper night-vision tube in it, would it? I Don't know. Maybe I'll get one and do a teardown Wireless Weather Stations: Yeah, we'll look at those wireless PAE Stuff: We're still going. We're still going. Box of miscellaneous crap mixes power amps.

What on earth is that foot touch control thing? Oh, you're that big LED Lights Wow, that's a DMX controlled LED lighting system. That's pretty cool I'm tempted just to get that because, well, they look cool. but I'm not into the DMX thing. Lots of there's tons of inverters converters HiFi stereo amps, empty speaker boxes and more power amps.

And you can poker Solgryn I hat for fiber food and no idea what that is on those security monitor systems. Ants. All right. And yep, DVRs looks like we're down in the audio section down here and yep, that's probably what she wrote DB us.

So there you go That is. a look at the J Car Warehouse I literally is a warehouse sale I didn't I thought it wasn't here. There's got like a tent out the front which hasn't got much stuff at all. but yeah, that is awesome I mean everything's clearing it out.

That's the thing with these events they want. They do actually want to get rid of all this faulty crap and on the last day, if you turn up the last day or the last couple of hours often and have these that like the ham fest and stuff like that, turn up at the last minute and then they just discount absolutely everything. So there you go. Scored a whole bunch of PVR There's up more stuff than what's showing here anyway.

I got a whole bunch of these art PVR's personal video recorders they don't know count, there's a lot of them and I got a subwoofer amplifier also I got two extra hundred watt power amplifiers. These were all sold as faulty. The good thing about going on the last day is that they clear everything out everything. Well, they said everything was five bucks regardless of what it was.

They had tons of little interesting and not so interesting stuff like turntables. for instance, they could not give them away by the end of the last day today they were giving stuff away for a dollar. They were saying like a dollar and if you don't believe me. I actually scored all this stuff art for a dollar and also got some art laser modules as well some of those disco laser things.

They've got like a hundred milli watt laser diodes in them. so I scored a couple of those. They're down at the bunker if you don't believe I got them for a dollar Tada The Jaykar has 40 items sold as is without already And here's a little tip. if you ever go into our Jake our ask him I will have an FB 9999 please.

Its life. You can buy an extra life. Beauty doesn't cost you anything for the extra life bonus Anyway, the reason I score these PVR's is because they contain Tada hard drives or well, hopefully oh well I guess cord the ones that look like there are hard drives in them. Little tip: if you are going to a one of these that sales make sure you take the screwdriver of course to take things apart and a torch so that you can actually see inside the vent holes and things like that to see if the hard drives and stuff like that's in there.

Always carry a torch with you. you can use your phone a years Mir whatever Real torch is better anyway. I'm going to open these things up. rip all the hard drives out of them and well I don't know.

Show you. hmm and check out these ones here. These are what are they? Tech view a lot of them I think actually I think all of them except for one hour take vo and bingo. 500 gig hard drive.

You got to won't take these screws out the bottom. That's a dead giveaway. These ones. you could actually immediately see if the hard drives were in them, so that was easy.

I hope they've all got 500 gig hard drives in that. Western Digital for those playing along at home I'm not sure the particular model number. anyway. October 2013 So the three years old, but so these were sold as faulty units, but our hard drives failed I don't know I would have to test him I might have got ripped off for a dollar anyway.

not really any other serviceable stuff in here I don't know you could solder off the buzzer or something like that. Some inductors there, some lead inductors. If you're desperate, you can get the battery surface mount crystal or something like that. They change their decide on a different package at the last minute there.

but yeah, it's nothing inside these things. bugger all. And of course there's going to be the main chippy on the other side there. but yeah, apart from that anyway, a bunch of hard drives Beauty Oh Somebody's had a crack at that one.

You know that? Why? like I don't get it. And inside these eight channel recorders 500 gig two and a half inch drive as well. and we've got a little short stubby solder cable there. and then of course the power cables going to be custom on the other end, so that's going to be no good at all.

But yeah, that's about all she wrote. Not a huge amount of stuff. These are obviously the like you know, surveillance PVR type things. that they've got the old school analog video inputs and you know, HDMI out so that you can display like eight cameras at once and stuff like that or VGA and land capability and also I'm sensors and triggers so that it can start recording when you.

you know when you know if a poor sense is triggered or something like that, but you know there's basically nothing else usable in there. You can scrap the relay out and I don't know. Check out this Bo genus in this 16 channel recorder. We're going to size a one terabyte drive.

That's pretty good, but look, they're stuck on some Heatsink on there. What the hell? Ah, give me a break. Anyway, this was flapping around in the breeze. Loosey-goosey The heatsink hasn't come off, the chip has come off the board.

Look at that, you can see all the balls. Unbelievable. It's just it's come completely off. Wow, what a heap of crap.

So there you have it. I Ended up with 25 two and a half inch 500 gig hard drives and up for 500 or one tear our three and a half inch high. So if you got any idea what I should do with these things obviously some sort of raid video storage server or something like that, they're not particularly fast, it wouldn't do rendering or anything like that on them. I've got fast hard drives already to do stuff like that.

but anyway, that was a pretty good score for a buck each. Um, everything was a dollar on the last day. And here's the key at not only a warehouse clearances like this and but at auctions as well, often the last day, any stuff that's left over, they will actually dump it. They will send it to the dumpster so they'll just typically go it's free or it's a dollar.

you know, a token dollar or something like that. So I actually they should have just shouted out it's all free and I don't know. Everyone probably would have went feral bird dump. Yeah, it was five bucks at fifty bucks, 20 bucks and then five bucks and a dollar and it just incredible.

This stuff I could have got. yeah it was all faulty and things like I've had a lot of refurbished upper separately but I didn't really partake in any of that. didn't really need it. but yeah, he can't pass up stuff for a dollar.

I could have bought home like vans full of stuff if I had a van. how did I find you got a crappy little? Toyota Corolla didn't fit much anyway. What a score! Brilliant! So yeah, I'm at these sort of warehouse clearance sales. They do have to get rid of this stuff because having it sitting on the shelves in the warehouse takes up shelving space that cost some money.

and then to get it dumped. Um, this is why it's in fact, they could even pay you to take it away because it's cheaper then putting it in the dumpster, send it to an e-waste facility. Yes, all this stuff that was leftover that is going to get dumped in the next couple of days is going to an e-waste facility to be processed and all that sort of stuff. So yeah, it's good.

But anyway, hard drives Beauty. Um if you know what I can do with them there are a couple of years old some people say oh, don't trust them I don't know if they work yet I haven't actually tried them and ironically, it'll cost me probably an order of magnitude or two. um, more cost than what these hard drives cost to actually get any sort of raid enclosure. But anyway, if you know of any like two and a half inch raid enclosures or something like that for two and a half inch drive, so gonna both load of them anyway, let me know thoughts down below.

Glidden those go for a dollar and they cannot get rid of them. Seriously, people just do not want them anyway. yeah, it's that's one blown Quadcopter. I think everyone stored the quad copters.

they were very popular. People were loading up our pallet loads full of our quad copters. but as just turns look massive power inverters left. you know you can pick up these even for five bucks.

I Got stuff for a dollar. last time everything was a door and it was just like insane. Like it's just it's crazy. It's practically free like you might as well.

You know it's what the hell are you going to do with it. It's all Foley stuff. and yeah, if you're into parts and salvaging and that, then this is an absolute goldmine. But unfortunately for me I just wouldn't have any time to work on stuff.

So I've got a few things but yeah, nothing huge. but yeah I'll show you they show you the turntables. sorry I'm shooting this on my phone. It's going to be crap.

but yeah, all these turntables. There's tons of them I give them away if I think if they just said everything's free, take it. They would still be left with all these turntables. Just unbelievable.

a poor sad multimeter. But yeah, there you go and you're like an hour and a half left. and now all the big crowds are up or going. so I know some people are going to be anyway.
