Hi Dave. Good Video. If you have time can u please make a video about oscilloscope calibration. People say that one must calibrate every year. Is this really necessary for oscilloscopes less than 100 Mhz bandwidth?
Thanks
thanks for the rant info on working in Aussi. I'm a starting ME in the USA and consisdered moving down to Aussi/NZ to work, due to pay/healthcare life style benifits we hear about Australia vs US with our rapidly shrinking industry base.
@GRIM2594 Yea I'm in the US too, and I understand how bad the cell phone problem is here. It seems as if people are incapable of driving without talking to someone on their cellphone.
Great Job Dave! The music for the outro was well chosen.
I agree wholeheartedly that , if one is young with no attachments, that one certainly should travel for work… It's definitely one of the best experiences one can have.
As to the state of the electronics industry in the U.S. There are many jobs to be had, not too many are paying for relocation though. Despite the unemployment being at 10%, I get head hunters contacting me weekly for various positions around the U.S.
Well Dave, maybe not much low-frequency rumble on the mic, but it seems to pick up mid-frequency (road bumps etc.) pretty well. Much better though IMO.
BTW, didn't get to go OS until recently, and the tech areas of Taiwan are something to behold, like 20 mins just to drive around the outskirts of one. Shows how laid-back & tightass our Aussie government is!
@XboxCoffeeLasers It's bad here in the U.S. – It is mostly people using hands-free on their phones… Also, when your in a store, someone randomly walking by talking to themselves… or when your in a public restroom and someone walks up and uses the stall next to you … they start using the toilet and all the sudden they say (real loud) "hey man, hows it going?". So you dont know if they are talking to you, or not lol.
Dave you're such a GC

I think that may be the best voice recording out of all of your vblogs, I could actually hear you for a change!
Credits music was good, think I prefer the other into though.
