Another drive-time rant.
Dave cuts lose on people who email pointing out stuff he should have covered in the blog.
Bottom line - don't email, put it in the comments and let the community debate it!

Dave this is why I love your channel…. all enthusiasm with zero f*cks given 🙂
Dave, your new policy should be that if someone wants to disagree with something you say, they should write their comments on the back of a Samsung 850 Evo Pro 2TB SSD and send it to you. If they do so, you will guarantee to read their comments as you upgrade your computer.
I love your blog, don't change.
Just found your blog, am watching from the first one on. Like it very much wish i would have found the blog at the start.
I like these videos they are part entertainment …not meant to be a buying guide. at least Dave makes electronics fun.
Jeez, Dave, the haters are right. How could you only do 52 minutes on multimeters? And then just release the video for free on YouTube?
Come on, man – get back to work on another bloody video for us!
Where's the electronics?
@MSCompuServ
Yeah, playing around with Pinnacle Studio HD 14 Trial version.
You will never please everyone so just keep doing the great you are already doing! Thanks for all the videos, I really apreciate it!
@xspoonedx Agreed. Absolutely fantastic stuff.
Cheers Dave.
What you can do if you really need/want to make a correction to a video is to use Youtube's annotation feature which let's you add a text box anywhere over the video during any duration that you like. Just click the annotations button in the top bar of any of your own videos.
@philbx1
It's ok, the destruction might merely be localised to our own galaxy!
Your doing a fine job. Don't worry about the haters. I like your Vlogs just the way they are. Good for you to invite them to make their own vlogs. I think that would be a good thing. Many people have started their own vlogs for that reason.
dose an electronics video blog actualy need a slogan ?
As a student about to wrap up my Associates Degree in Electronics I find all of your videos extremely informative. I can empathize with your angst because I see this same mentality unfortunately in the school that I am attending in both the students and at times even the faculty. Keep fighting the fight.
Unfortunately, our profession is one where people tend to be smartasses and knowitalls. The number of engineers out there who can understand the simple concept of "different strokes for different folks" is depressingly small. Fuck the haters, don't let them get to you, delete and block their comments, and enjoy a drink!
