Dave gets his hands on the first Fluke 233 meter in the country. Gimmick?, or the biggest innovation in multimeters since autoranging?
Amazingly, even Dave's wife liked this meter!, is that a good or a bad thing?

Hello my friend, how are you? What is the name of the T201 component also on the removable head T?
How far can you go with the display?

I have a question and they fixed the problem about the battery discharge because they complain a lot about that the device discharges the batteries a lot and it only lasts for 5 days and I already discharge them even if you are not using it that was my question I need a device of those but I just want to know if you keep downloading it so as not to buy it
great video thanks
Hello,
Thanks for your interesting video on Fluke 233. I'm looking for the name of a component in the Fluke 233 under part number U103 with a sot-89 package just above and to the left of the board. What is a component and its datasheet? Thank you
I bought one and it's a pile of Sh1t, eats battery's and Fluke want 200 euro to fix it.
Mine eats battery's for sport
I had mine for a few years and the meter died blank screen and high voltage warning stuck on stay away
Just a warning to you all. If your fluke 233 has that rather thick clear plastic protector on the display remove it and burn it, blow it up or even put it in acid. If left on the meter like I did and the sun gets to it in your work car it will stick to your meter like its got some glue on it that only Satan could have made. It wont come off. Mine is fused to the display. I've tried everything to get it off and it wont budge. Even if you lift a bit off its just the top layer and the bottom layer stays and makes a mess.
Hi, Dave. Have you turned the YouTube's stabilisation on this video?
Hi everyone, I'm a Plc tech but I've been having trouble finding a service manual for the fluke 233. When I test a known 120vac source it shows 290vac.. Just wondering if it's some simple through hole component that went bad.
is something wrong or malfunction with the meter if the display show – – – – and the hight voltage indicator stay on ?
Hi Dave,
Where its made USA or China.
If you exceed the range and it loses sync will automatically resync if it gets back in range?
I have one of these F233s and from this novis' point of view, these are a great meter.
Apparently the later production models have been sorted, but the early ones like the one I have has a disgusting battery drain issue.
My unit will kill all 5xAA batts in about a month ..while switched off.
Chews batteries. Avoid. I don't pay for batteries, but I'm sick of having too replace every 10 to 15 times I reach for my meter.
Ths from RU man
It would be nice if u can talk to brand men and review
new stuff
Useless…eheheheheh….right….
I own a Fluke 89IV and 189.
I have this DMM and it eats batteries like nothing else.
400 hours my arse!
Dave, I know you don't write the rules at Fluke, but do you have any idea why this meter, which is made in USA, has only a three year warranty instead of the lifetime warranty they customarily give all their other USA made meters?
Very odd, that.
don't be giving that one the 30m drop. removable display is sweet.
This is the kind of meter I use at work it works good if you have to operate something away from the meter you can just take the display with you. It tends to wear out batteries faster than other Flukes (I have been using Fluke meters for 15 years) but not too bad considering the display and stuff. I wouldn't buy this as my first ever meter nor would I buy one just to use every now and then I would only buy one if it is something you would a lot. There cheaper meters for those things.
hi dave can you make a Review of the fluke 381
which fluke meter is best for TV repair
