In this video we completely transform our CJ from a rolling chassis into a pile of parts. Were doing this in order to send the frame to powder coat and the body to a soda blaster so that all the rust and decay can be removed and we can begin body work with a bare metal car.
In order to get it to a bare frame we had to completely remove the steering, including the pitman arm, tie rod, steering box, and drag link; remove the heater core, as well as the dash, steering column, and body. It was a lot of work and it will be even more difficult to put it back together.
Thanks for watching and stay tuned for the rest of the build as well as weekly uploads and plenty of Jeep and go kart content!
