In this video we make a DIY splash guard/plate for our XJ. There Jeeps are very notorious for their low alternator location, making it a perfect location for debris and mud to ruin it. We made this in an afternoon out of some cookie sheet we got from Walmart.

    a tip for drilling thin sheet metal is to get a step bit. That will help make cleaner holes.
    other wise a good video. I will have to do some thing like this on my xj!
