In this video we completely rebuild our honda gx200 that came on the $50 dollar go kart. For those of you that don't know its basically the same engine as a predator 212. This engine will be going back on the offered go kart with a torque converter and should really help it get up and go. In order to rebuild it we took it completely apart, reset the valves, as well as installed a new carburetor and removed the govenor.

How did you get the starter cup/cone off that easy. Ive been trying for months to get mine off?? Please tell??
Once u put the cover back u should take it off and scrap off the excess seal.

They suppose to move sideways.. they're designed like that. Use a press. Don't hammer the crank shaft like that..
