We got a golf cart! In this video we begin working on an electric golf cart that my friend Blake got. We clean about 10 years of dust off of it as well as attempt to bring the batteries back to life. Once we rigged up some temporary batteries we were able to take it around the block. After that we began to tear it down in order to get it ready for paint.

Hello, greetings from Nayarit, Chiapas, Mexico, very nice video, I could make one in Spanish because I have a cart, thanks for your video, quite well.
Was there any problem allowing the cart to rest on the truck tailgate?
"It's basically a Tesla". You are funny 😂
I'm sure mom and dad loved having all that soot splattered all over their house on the clean up. Hilarious.
That battery terminal was melted off from a loose connection that arcs. Lots of amperage being pulled. Basically becomes a temporary welder. I use stainless steel lock washers and stainless steel nut on the battery studs with 2 gauge cables. That combo never comes loose.
Guys scored on that one
Until you cleaned it I thought that roof was stock black color
I have a 93 Club Car it needs all new batteries it has 66 V batteries that won't be almost $1200 to replace the batteries what do I do

Sandy Shores car of choice

Nice Find! Looks like a Ezgo TXT I have one gas powered with a 244 Polaris engine for now. Building a turbo V twin for it as we speak. Invest in a good set of speed gears! Being it's not going to be pulling 2 fat tubs up a hill fully loaded with beer and golf clubs! So they have so much more potential for turning the power into speed! Just my 2 cents after building my own. Good luck guys!
Where do you bay baterries
