Our 420cc Racing Go Kart is almost ready for tv. In this video we do the finishing touches required in order to get it ready for its debut on velocity. This includes, installing a new torque converter belt, changing the final drive ratio, as well as moving the seat back. This is probably the final video of this before we get it ready for tv and also with the 420 because it will be going on our off road go kart.

What tires are these
1/4inch of play in either direction..so a full 1/2inch of play in your belt up and down..you wont have creep at idle but,your belt will grab faster and ride higher…nice kart,itll wheelie

I like how everybody stabs on the throttle thinking the carb has a accelerator pump on it, by pumping the gas peddle you are doing nothing to help it start..
Why isnt the engine directly attached to the axle?

Change the garter springs on the driver zinc weights to a higher tension, or better yet, combined the higher tension garter springs with aluminum weights in the driver. A 3,500 RPM engagement will be wild!
put the stage 3 parts in it you'l get there even faster

In your videos it looks like you have more than 100 000 subs because it’s good quality
A bigger sprocket will help with the wheelies. If you are using a 60 tooth sprocket try a 72 tooth and you will get what you are after. Just remember the bigger the sprocket is more torque but less speed and smaller is less torque and more speed. Great Video!!!!
