In this video our 350 CJ-7 Gets a new axle with 4.10 gears along with some new solid axle shafts to replace the old two-piece axle shafts that come in AMC 20 axles. Its a wide track axle and we show you guys how to install new axle shaft bearings and seals, as well as how to install one piece axle shafts into an AMC 20. We also show you how to rebuild AMC 20 drum brakes. After we install the new axle we fabricate a custom mounting bracket for the master cylinder as well as the slave cylinder for our hydraulic clutch conversion on the CJ. After that we take it off road at Northwest OHV with a JK, Toyota FJ, and a XJ. The CJ did well off road but it definitely will be needing a front 4.10 axle along with some new rear fenders so stay tuned for that!

Please don't call the Jeep a car 😬 It's not a car-its a Jeep…
Is the hydro clutch still working well?
Glad I found this video, changing out my Ford C4 auto to a 5 Sp. and the 5.0 Mustang headers are right in the way of the clutch linkage on my 85 CJ7. I will make sure the slave cylinder is heavily boxed in. If Democrats get into office can we still say 'slave cylinder'?
Maybe on your next video, you could try something a stock minivan couldn't do.
Nice jeep
Before you get your hands on the jeep you must study! Go to school!! You are just a child full of money!! You have ruined the seat of the oil seal on the axle shaft with the grinder! Ashamed incapable !!!
Beautiful beautiful build guys! Your smart, determined and accomplished. All the best to you all!
Why are these dumbasses driving so fast down giant boulders?
Must want to flip the vehicle
Where did the cj go towards the end of the video?
He disappeared. Probably picking up parts off the trail
Was a nice Jeep until the kids got a hold of it
One important thing, those bearings don’t run in gear oil. That’s why you installed the seal. Jeep rear axle bearings need to be packed with grease. Didn’t see that in the video. That may be why the axle seal leaked and your bearings were toast
one reason why your brakes aren't very good is because you have the brake shoes on wrong. i noticed you have both secondary brake shoes on the left side. supposed to be long shoe towards the rear and short shoe to the front.
I think your slave cylinder bracket should have been made out of angle iron.
Next is a full float/disc brake conversion?
Are you running any sort of front sway bar disconnects ? Considering it for my cj for more flex off-roading
Why didn't you use thr torch to remove the axle shaft bearing??
Go back to HF and buy a seal puller.
Nice buddy
