Nice info about lowpower applications, can i get a link to the LCD shown? I am looking for a replacement for an obsolete LCD, this could match it seems. btw anybody watching on 2017?
That's a nice idea, but the power consumption is strictly monotonic increasing with frequency. This means the minimal power consumption will be at 0 Hz 😉
I'm not sure what was said at 5:50. Do you mean that the calculator wastes, at a minimum, 5% of it's battery power at 30MHz when the batteries are brand new? I can't figure out where the 5% comes from
you have come such a long way
What kind of unit is the watt per second
Batteries are cheap. My time is expensive. And we live only once.
wow 9 years ago.

It might be that they have a buffer capacitor and the average current out of the battery is much lower then you have predicted
awesome video
finished time if you not that interested at 9:44
mr bean is talked about at 6:36 youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=gAqRido1NOI#t=396s
