Hi announcement time for those who've been following me on social media for the last I don't Probably six months or so, you know. I've been looking for a bigger Eevblog lab space because my 50 square meters just really isn't cutting it anymore and I'm excited to announce I've actually finally secured a lease on a place and you're not gonna believe where it is. Tada? Yes! Altium my former employer, their headquarters here at Bill Rose I Used to work just there. my office used to be right there.

There we go. Right up in the corner there had the window view and everything and as you know, Altium I packed up. moved to China about four years ago and it's basically been. They've been trying to lease it out since then, but they haven't been able to find anyone to lease this place because Bill Rose is in a popular area in Sydney and the place is actually Huge.

It's 4,000 square meters and it's been sitting here vacant for basically unrendered for four years. But I've got some contacts about him and they're pretty desperate to rent this place. So I've actually got the entire building the whole four thousand square metres. Believe it or not, Not sure what that is in square feet for you.

Yanks But yeah, 4000 square meters? Brilliant. Hopefully I'll be moving in next week, but I have no idea what to do with 4000 square meters. Plays: no, it's going to be awesome. So if you've got any ideas what to do with this space, this is the new Eevblog Lab.

I'll have to remove the LTM signage but need a hell of a ladder so that would cost a fortune to remove so I might just leave it there. But anyway, yeah, if you've got any idea whatsoever that I can do with 4,000 square meters, it's over three floors. It's got various you know, workshop areas and a canteen at the top balcony overlooking the overlook in the National Park And everything. Absolutely brilliant.

So huge step up. thanks to all my supporters who have made this possible. Yes, usually 4,000 square meters in Sydney is ridiculously pricey, but I got this for an absolute bargain for the 4,000 meters. Are so desperate to rent the thing.

so I'm a kind of at the right place at the right time. So anyway, I've got any good ideas? Leave them in the comments down below and definitely do a tour of this thing. Many video is coming up, there could be some, You know there'll be lots of issues while I actually move into this place and reset it up again for videos and stuff like that. but hopefully won't be too bad.
