All right, just a quick update. Yes! I'm back from the surgery and I'm alive. Thanks for all the yeah well wishes and support emails every one sent me. I really appreciate it up.

I'm doing fantastic! Here is the aftermath of the ACL reconstruction and I even had to put a arrow on here to make sure they got the right one. The bandages are coming off today when I go to see the physio. I've got to do some exercises straight away on the thing, but I'm not drugged up at the moment, the morning after and I feel really there's no pain at all unless I actually try and stand on the thing. but I can, I have got a reasonable range of motion and I can actually well I'll start doing exercises today, so the exercise might be a bit painful for the rehab.

but anyway, I'm doing great so thank you very much now I'm My surgeon was kind enough to actually film the entire surgery. so I've got like 40 minutes on a pretty and grotesque video of a my leg being torn apart and repaired with the hamstring. I got a hamstring graft on there and I know some people will want to see this and I'd like to know if you want me to put it on the main channel or the secondary channel and yes, it will come with a warning and everything that it's It's gross, like they ripped my hand strings out and do all sorts of weird and they drill through my bone and do all sorts of horrible stuff. But anyway, he was kind enough to feel that.

So if you want to see it, let me know where I should up with that. Hopefully I might try and put some. may be some edit with some well not , commentary but umm like things what they're doing. Hopefully I can get that right.

Anyway, let me know if you want to see that they tear down of my knee in all it's gruesome detail and where I should upload it anyway and that's it. I'm doing fine the Mail and that Q and A video. Thanks for all the responses are from that the EEV comments. Everyone seemed to like that.

So I'll keep doing that on I don't know.... once a month or once every you know. five videos or something like that. So good.

So I've got a better recovery. So if you don't see a video from me in that some time and then you know why I'm just taking it easy. Probably do some work from home and things like that probably won't be going to the lab all that much anyway. Thanks.
