In this video, its new project time! We are super excited to announce our first legitimate mini bike builds on the channel! These are both Baja Warrior mini bikes with mud tires, suspension, body panels, and big seats. We have never really messed with these bikes before this so this is kind of a learning experience for us but we are super excited to dive right into what the mini bike world has to offer. The future plans for these bikes include, completely repainting them, rebuilding the engines with GPS mods, and finally making them look like the C10 and CJ-7!

I got mine for 75 bucks. LOL came with an extra engine that was still in the box. also craigslist. i took the fake tank off and mine had a plastic fake head lamp – Off also. then i took the lame handle bars off and put a 1970s 125 yamaha trail bike bars on and used the better throttle system. the seat sucked on mine, was not like ya'lls , it was more like a bicycle seat , i am still working on that, I am going to fab up a bracket to add a 1980 yamaha 650 street bike seat , and then also I want to use a Tank I have here from another trail parts bike, also yamaha. I removed the BS centrifugal clutch and put on a comet torque converter <– that made a huge difference! so now it's half belt half chain, acceleration is much quicker and top end is better, I used a slightly smaller sprocket and I can hit 44 MPH , with one you guys on it it would be much quicker since I am a giant lol. well not a giant but still 289 pounds and 6'2" air pressure in the tires make a big difference also but ya don't want o over inflate especially on dirt and gravel roads. i am still using the old engine that the guy that sold me the thing said was about to end life LOL it's not, he just had a crappy plug in it and gunk in the tank.
these frames suck though really, they are way soft, cheap Chinese metal. i don't think I will do much more to this one, I want to build one from scratch with a cut down frame of an old street bike and then also make a trailer for it to hunt with.

I have a mini bike just like that and I would recommend putting torque converters on them. I can Wheelie mine with a stock predator!
