Hi, We have Reuters scraping the bottom of the barrel for clicks. Yeah, like, come on here it is. Reuters investigates how video sharing sites bitchute and Odyssey who tout themselves of free speech champions are serving up conspiracies, racism, and graphic violence to millions of viewers. and okay, right. let's actually take a look at is it actually this bad on Odyssey? Um, and is it this bad on Bit? Shoot. Let's actually take a look and I'll link in the article down below. Like, and you can read it for yourself.

Okay, and they got quite. And they got a few things wrong with Odyssey and library and stuff like that, which they have, uh, actually corrected. There's uh, Jeremy down there who started, uh, Library the new? uh, the lawsuit's about to be settled soon with the Um. sec.

Um, so yeah. Anyway, so like they just go on lumping Odyssey in with Bit Shoot and let's actually take a look. So the first thing to note is that I'm actually the 11th biggest channel on Odyssey. Okay, I I've got almost 70 000 subscribers on there and I am bigger than every one of the channels that their click bait feature in here and the N.

And you want to know what the number one channel on Odyssey is? They don't mention this. The number one channel is Veritasium. Yes, the Science channel Veritasium. Um, and yeah, I'm number 11 I think and like I was number five at one stage.

but a couple of people have passed. I think Tim Pools. Um, pass me. And if you want to lump Tim, pull in the conspiracy realm and go right ahead, right? Um, Anyway, it's just ridiculous.

Anyway, I'm using a browser here, which I am not logged into. Okay, and you got to remember the experience differs when you log into a site. But if you're just a new person coming to Odyssey, what do you see? Okay, I use Odyssey. I do probably a third to a half of my daily viewing on Odyssey because a lot of electronics, content creators, science, uh, and Space Youtubers Um, and I've convinced quite a few of them, including the Space Youtubers and Science Youtubers to come over to Um.

Odyssey. And so I do a ton of my viewing over there now. So when I log in, I just see like the ones I follow. I don't see this main page here, so but anyway, this is the main page.

Okay, so and then I'll refresh this right now. Okay, so we can actually see what the main page is. Looks like it doesn't change. So what you see here okay is featured you.

We use this tag line to feature smaller channels, which is, um, you know. absolutely great. So let's see if there's any, uh, conspiracy stuff here, shall we? The strange death of Hikas and I have no idea what that is. Um, I don't know.

I'm number 11 other Space Science Youtubers. In fact, we almost dominate the platform and tech the content and stuff you would have to go down into news and politics. You'd have to go into the specific categories down here to be able to see anything. Okay, so yeah.

You know the free speech thing, having everything on there allowing, uh, you know, free speech on your site? Great. But you need to curate your front page so creators like me can't convince. I could not convince anyone to come over to Bitchute and I've given up myself. It's it's just yeah because it just looks stupid right? So if I invite if I go oh, you go watch my videos on bit shoot and this is what you're presented with up front.

I mean look, you can just read and have a look, have a look yourself right? So it's just no, no whereas in Odyssey is fantastic. Odyssey is a great environment and the community is great. As I said, I've got almost 70 000 subscribers. I've got exclusive content over there.

I plan on putting more exclusive content on Odyssey. So if you want to see some exclusive um, you know stuff around the lab and things, um, then I'll be subscribed to my Odyssey channel. And there's tons of other electronics creators on there. All your big favorites, your Big Clives are there, Um, your electro booms are there, right? Everyone's there.

Okay, so it just go. And Space and Science Youtubers. It's absolutely great over on Odyssey, but that is the Odyssey front page. I'll even refresh it again because they curate their content and as I said, if you create an account and you log in, um, then you can.

I don't see any of this front page content. I'd specifically have to go looking. I just get almost, uh, all the channels I'm subscribed to, all their latest videos just pop up and it's it's fantastic and the app works great on my phone and it's just yeah. And you get full 1080p quality on here as well.

And it's just yeah. Odyssey is absolutely fantastic. That's why I'm putting um, exclusive content on Odyssey. So it's uh yeah, so that will be coming up soon.

But there you go. So yeah. Routers, Reuters, whatever you call them. Um, yeah.

Scraping the bottom of the barrel. Really? Um, and they just lump because they have to lump Odyssey in with you. Go to shoot. Yeah, it looks really bad.

You go to Odyssey and no, it doesn't. It looks absolutely fan freaking tastic and it's a great alternative for Youtube. And they've just upgraded, uh, their servers and stuff so it plays much quicker and you get different uh choices of video quality and stuff. You can download the videos directly if you want.

It's absolutely brilliant and you don't need to know anything about the Lbc cryptocurrency. You don't have to know anything about that, You can just use it as a site. That's a great thing about Odyssey. if you want to get more into the crypto side of things or more into the like, uh, the distributed content, you use the library.

You go to library um, Lbry and then there's a library app as well. and you can get more into the technical sort of stuff these days. But Odyssey is like is is is a fantastic front end alternative to Youtube. and like I, as I said third to half of my content every day I'm watching on Odyssey now.

It's just great and I'm going to be putting exclusive content on there because I think it's the best platform with the best future. So as you can see like all of my videos are here including some exclusive uh content and stuff which I have actually slowly released on my second channel sometimes. but uh yeah there will be more uh going up shortly. Um, that's the plan.

So uh subscribe and like it's really good. like you go into like a video like this and I just love the um and the uh community over here is absolutely fantastic. Look, I've got 88 Uh comments and stuff and people are able to add in. uh, you know and the comments are really, really good.

And I love the Um slime feature. Actually, if I wish Youtube actually had this, if a comment actually got um, slimed enough, it's called so you can even you know. thumbs up as Fire and Slime is, uh, essentially thumbs down. If a comment gets slimed enough, then it actually, um, it.

It doesn't remove the comment, but it actually hides it so it doesn't actually censor. uh, the comment. As such. it just hides it away so that you know, like creators like me, don't have to see it.

so the community can essentially vote. No. That comment, you know is spam, click bait or whatever it's You know it's one of those uh, scams or spams or something. Um, and then it gets down voted.

Or if it's a you know, really hateful comment or something like that, it can get down voted so that, uh, me and and others, um, you know have to choose to actually go in there and click on the comment. It'll say this video, this comment has been slimed to death and you have to click on it and then it will reveal, uh, the comment and stuff. I think that's a really good Um system. But yeah, the communities over here is uh, great and it works really well.

It's it's just. it's just terrific. Like it's got pop-up windows here and the app works. Uh, great and I highly recommend it.

I'm about to hit 70 000 um followers soon. So yeah, go check it out Reuters, Give me a break. Unbelievable. That's what you expect for a dwindling and their dwindling audience they've got to cater to now because they're absolutely getting creamed by alternative news and online, uh, online content creators and stuff.

They're absolutely getting creamed and I can't believe they're still doing the same old shtick of you know, I was filled with conspiracy theories and stuff. Come on.
