In this video we begin building the mini bike that is going to match the C10!
What we needed to do was completely disassemble the bike and sand down the bear frame. Then we were able to give it a gloss black paint job like it had from the factory. After that, we gave it some nice touches with white walls from scratch by using standard sand paper and rustolium spray paint. This turned out really well and we are happy with the result. Then we did some final assembly to get it back up to rolling condition on this white wall mini bike!

You spent about a thousandth of a second even hinting what paint you were using. I was surprised to see you using spray paint. Exterior latex paint should be used (brushed) for whitewalls.

I would use some type of cleaning spray to get the oils off the rubber

should have did the whitewall paint scheme with the Turf Saver tires,more of a road tire than the nobby that wear faster.

You guys could have saved a ton of time by just taking off the front forks. It’s like 3 bolts and then it’s off. Going to look great with the new paint.
that fan is worthless for a shop, all it is doing is blowing misted water all around an an anyone that has a shop full of metal tools knows that humidity an mist will destroy it all very fast! you want to be cool use a air conditioner cause those remove humidity.
